Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

Your subscription is for TV Browser: a browser and interface for playback, remote navigation and managing your sources. You pay for the browser and its features, rather than ownership of programs or broadcast rights. Content is subject to the source’s rights, terms and restrictions. Start with a 7-day free trial requiring a payment method, then currently US$12.99 a month plus applicable tax (the price may change). Renews monthly until canceled; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. If a payment does not go through, watching is locked on every device until it does.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and CoworkRunner LLC ("we", "us") about the tvbrowser.app website, the TV Browser apps and the service behind them (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The browser and third-party content

3. Access, lawful use and rights complaints

4. Facebook videos

The Facebook tab shows links to public posts we select, in Facebook's own player. The videos belong to their creators, their use is subject to Facebook's terms, and they may change or disappear at any time.

5. Your account

6. Subscription, billing and cancellation

7. The apps

The TV app is free to download and signs in to an existing account. The separate Android phone and iPhone companion apps are coming soon; meanwhile, you can use a supported phone browser, including Safari on iPhone. The subscription is purchased on the website. An app you download from an app store is also subject to that store's terms. For apps from Apple's App Store: this agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support, or any claims about it, and has no warranty obligation for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country, or on a list, subject to US government embargo or restrictions.

8. Acceptable use

You may not try to break into the Service, get around the subscription check, overload the servers, use our playlist-reading server for any other purpose, or copy and resell the Service, except as the law expressly allows.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if payment is not made, or if the law requires it. If we close an account without a breach, we will refund the unused part of the month. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Service and content availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that particular content will always be available, accurate, suitable for your needs or supported on every device. This applies to third-party sources accessed through the Service. It does not reduce liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our responsibility for the availability, accuracy or suitability of third-party content is limited only to the extent the law permits. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Some places do not allow these limits, and there they apply only as far as allowed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a remedy required by applicable consumer law.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, sources you add without the required rights, or your material breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own unlawful conduct or make you responsible merely because you used the browser lawfully.

13. Changes

We may change the Service and these terms. For a material change to the terms, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts in Florida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another US state or outside the United States, you keep every protection that the consumer law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live if that law allows it. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel an online purchase, you can use it as that law sets out.
